Well... I can honestly say I am sooo glad to have made it through the last two months intact and am happy to be home and get back to LIFE! Won't go into details, but if you know me personally, than you know exactly what I am talking about. What the last two months have taught me is to take better note of the little every day things and hold them dear and appreciate each and every moment as if it were my last. It has also inspired me to be more diligent about getting my scrapbooking more on track to rejoice life and it's every day gratitude's and finish working on my "About Me" and "Messages to My Children" Storybooks. I want to leave all my lessons of life and share my true self with my family.So I'm inviting you to a new series I am cooking up called "Journey with Me", to get our scrapping done! Hope to be starting early October 09.
The first series will be a 24 page album including front and back covers that is 'This is Me' theme called "Breathings of My Heart". Still working out all the details, but the album is going to be about ourselves with all the lovely details. This will be a beautiful record of what makes us Us! Too little we forget to scrap about ourselves and when we sit down to do a page... we draw a blank. What I'm hoping here is to inspire you to create your own. I am planning out pages with muses and inspirations and will be offering free page sketches along with exclusive discount coupons for templates, art and printing credits for all who participate! Join my BRAND NEW group so you'll be notified for when we start! Journey with Me for 12 weeks of Cre8tive Goodness I also would like to start putting events on this new Mommy & Me Digital Scrapbooking & Storybooking Playground site mommyandmestorybooks.ning.com for challenges. I would like to have a place where we all can share, post, ask questions and be supportive of each other in our endeavors to record our treasures and gratitude's through our Scrapbooking. Hopefully as things settle, Louise, Studio Scrapper, (my mother), will also get more involved and maybe I can talk her into sharing some of her Hybrid secrets with us and how she put together this awesome Heritage Album she just gave all of us children. ;) So be sure to go there and sign up as a member! I am also looking for others who would like to get more involved and do this with me as administrators in exchange for advertising on the site as Sponsors, (calling all my Team Members!). The more playmates, the more fun and diversity we will have. Feel free to invite as many friends as you like!
